My 23 month old son screams!!! How do I stop it and how do I respond to him??

My son will run around the house screaming. He screams in public places and it is embarrassing. I dont know what to do.

Unfortunately it's just a stage alot of young kids go through. Mine have. I'd say the best thing you could do is try to keep him occupied. Keep his mind busy. Otherwise just let it run it's course and don't draw attention to it. It will pass.
