Its probably more of the same type of rash he had when he was newborn, this is usually common from nweborn up until end of 3 months in male babies especially. The medical terminology sounds scary, but its called erythema toxicum. There is nothing to do except cleanse the face gently with baby soap and a washcloth once or twice daily. Too much rubbing or picking will aggrevate. It usually clears up quickly in a couple of days. Hope this helps!

Yes that is something too! Lol I compared it to hoof and mouth when my first sone got it 19 years ago , had never heard of it. Now I work at a preschool head start and we just had an outbreak.Yes extremely contagious and definatley would need to see doctor. Good luck

my 12 month old just broke out in a rash all over his entire body and face and inside his mouth. turns out it was called "hand foot and mouth disease" highly contagious. it looks like little red pimples, doesnt seem to itch or anything but it lasts about a week. hope this helps!

I would think Eczema too. My sons grew out of it. but vaseline was the way we dealt with it too.
I would suggest the doctor look at it as well.

It could be eczema. I'd take him to go see your doc. My son got it around his mouth. We used Vaseline on his face to prevent it.

It's really dry feeling and red. It doesn't seem to bother him that I can tell. It just seems to be getting bigger. I didn't know if this was normal. Thank you for responding!!!

probably not if it's on his forehead.
I may just be baby acne. Kind of hard to know without more details.
