My 3 month old has started to spit up more than usual, and is getting pretty fussy. what should i do?

whenever adriana did that i took her to the pedatrician and they said she had acid reflux or gerd and they told me to add a little bit of baby cereal to her formula/ breast milk to thickin it up and to feed her sittin up right in a carseat or her bouncyseat and to let her sit there for thirty minutes ofter she eats so she isnt being juggled around hope it helps
