I know your all going to say its a dangerous habit but I started to lye down at night to feed my baby straight away as It was easier after my c-section. I also liked the closeness it gave us and at first it helped my milk come in faster. Now it's just turned into a normal routine as it's the (don't all tut at me) easiest way to get my daughter to stay asleep once I'm ready to leave the room. I know I will just have to let her cry it out BUT I live in a very cozy little community in Thailand. Our walls are very thin and our Thai neighbors as lovely as they are will soon come knocking on the door asking whats wrong and why is she crying so much! My husband doesn't seem to think it's a problem but she is 6 months old now and I am worried she will never want to go to sleep by herself. any suggestions please!

Put her bed beside yours and slowly transfer her when she falls asleep , she might wake up but just repeat it

i have just started doing this mnth ago my son is almost 9 mnths , when he first falls a sleep i put him in his crib which is right beside our bed , i put my hand through opening and caress his hair , he sleeps 1-2 hours before wakin for me , then i try once more before he wakes again and back in our bed for the rest of the night but he seems to sleep longer each week since ive started , i think its harder for me lol
