the WORSE thing you can do is punish or scold her...it could be a medical condition. consult with your doctor and in the meantime, keep her in pull-ups or night time diapers (they go up to 80+pounds). also, do not let her drink 2-3 hours before bedtime. my almost 5 year old has nocturnal enuresis as well. once the doctor says she's healthy, you can try DDAVP which is a medication your doctor can prescribe, or they do have small alarms that wake your child once they start to urinate. this trains their brains to respond to the urge to go. definitely talk to your doctor to rule out physical causes first. we haven't tried medication or the alarm yet since he is still 4, but have ruled out diabetes, etc. we just have him in pampers night diapers for now and they work great. he does take naps w/o a diaper with no accidents. my first 2 were completely potty trained by 3.. good luck!
