not much really hehehe, but they are starting to discover things. some start to get mobile with rolling around, babbling and discovering their hands & feet (which I find super cute!!) and teething, very common for that to start anytime now.

My baby is four months also and I was wondering the same thing. lol. She has discovered her hands and feet and is cooing alot. She is also very alert.

there are lots of resources just do a google search,

But I will say that the 4th month is pretty fun, they really come out of their shell and start to get a little mobile with rolling and major interest in people interaction too with lots of squeling and cooing, smiling and giggling.
