Are you treating her over the counter or has she seen a Doctor? My reccomendation is going with a prescribed medication Albenz or Vermox. Will need several doses, Handing washing after tiolet use before eating and after playing. Food and drinks can cause the pinworms(roundworms). If you have a garden or fruit trees like a fig tree she could be getting contaminated from a food source. They last in the body for 2-4 weeks after treatment. Wash all pajama, clothes, towels and beding after every use. wash in very hot water and dry on hot setting. eggs do not survive in hot and dry environments so you may want to get a dehumidifer for childs room. They like cool and humid environments as it promotes egg hatching( ie airconditioning). Animals do not spread or catch pinworms that is not the culprit. to cleanse body if tolerated hot lemon water made like tea and give child probiotics to help balance intestines again. Not sore how old your child is or your financial situation. You also could make your child dress in shower or tub each time and dispose of underware. Buy several sets of new sheets clean old ones and bag them for several weeks. Each time your child gets pin worms it will be worse...You also have to vaccum and steam clean room. can be done with the rug doctor found at shopping stores (rental costs 30-45 dollars). I would steam clean the entire house. I hope some of these tips help. try serving child only cooked foods all meals for awhile. Eat and drink in one spot to aviod contamination. if child is changing and eating in her room cross contamination can occur. I hope this helps let me know.

Good luck,

Carol
