They all seem to itch. I've tried all sorts of creams to see if it was her skin, but not much luck. She will NOT wear jeans either. I have her pick out her clothes, but then when it comes time to wear them, she states that they bother her. Does anyone else have this problem? I seem to have run out of options.

Thank you ladies. I'm going to try the perfume free, etc detergents now. I did have to use them on my older children when they were younger, but they did break out in rashes. So, I guess we'll see what happens. As for telling her she has to wear them no matter what, I told her that when they go back to school after this spring break, she WILL wear what I put out for her. Again, Thank you ladies !!

Unless you have changed your water conditioner, or detergent then there's nothing new (soaps or lotions maybe as well ?) that's bbothering her. Maybe it's not that anything is wrong with the clothes, it's just the child doesn't want to wear them. I have a 12 year old who hates wearing jeans, but she also tries to wear them around her hips, and not were they are supposed to be, it's a battle to get her to wear them correctly, if at all, my 9 year old is picking up the habits. I suggest simply being firm with her and telling her she picked out the clothes, she WILL wear them. Also though check to make sure there isn't anything in the clothes, seams that really are bothering her. I think it's probably the age though and her wanting her way. If she insists she has a problem then buy some plain cotton shirts and wash them all in a baby detergent, that way you know there's nothing wrong with the detergent or the clothes themselves.
Also unless she's actually breaking out into a rash i'd say there's no problems with lotions, creams, soaps or detergents either. If there IS a rash swtich to a baby shampoo, soap and detergent that won't irritate her skin.

it could be your washing powder or conditioner that is affecting her, try using a mild non bio detergent when wahing her clothes and no conditioner at first, if this solves the problem you can then introduce mild conditioners to see if she is ok with them.
