I desperately need help. My husband took my daughter and put a restraining order on me against her and him. He took my daughter my house my animals and everything I own. I have a hearing nov 8 I need prayer and help please. I'm dieing without her I can't live knowing she may not be safe or buttered and cared for. Plz help me please

Thank God I have my daughter right now. He still has a protection order against me and I have to drop her off with him at the police station on Sunday w no guarantee I will get her back. I finally talked to him he was crying and he says it won't be a problem sharing our daughter but I dont really believe him. He says I will get her back the next Sunday. I'm scared he might just do the same thing again.

the bright side is you were not charged with assault that would look worse on you in court.so just be honest at the hearing,it will go a long way.if you have no history of issues the court wont just take your baby away.

We were arguing he threatened to take her. I tried to call the cops and he physically took the pho e away he went and picked up my daughter and started to leave so I freaked and I hit him and screamed for him to put her down. He finally did then left. I thought he went to work but he went to the cops and said I beat him. They sent him to a domestic violence advocate and they were able to get a restraining order and protection order against me so I can't be around my daughter or my home

how was he capable of doing that, if you feel she isnt safe you should talk to the Police.your her Mother and have just as much rights.
