Thankfully you and your baby girl were able to get the proper care you needed and survive the effects of eeclampsia. I had preeclampsia with my daughter, and didn't realize how bad it was until well after I delivered. (induced at 38 weeks) It is a very scary disease.

Congrats on your little girl!

conrats on bub, i know what its like to have a preemie. my youngest child and i battled placenta previa which almost took us both, but luckily we pulled through a delivery at 28 weeks. my son weighed just over 1 kilo and it was a harrowing time for everyone, but he is a mischievous toddler now and well worth all the struggle.it is a completely different experience having a prem especially when you have to deal with the fact the pregnancy didnt go well but i have learnt its not how and when they get here, as long as they get here.your babies strength to survive shows she will be a tough and couragous woman one day, just like her mum who beat the odds to have her....good luck and enjoy your little princess.
