I was a single mom for 2 years ( father was in the picture for her part time)
I was not really looking for a relationship until I had a career but my hubby came along. I waited about 4 months before I introduced my duaghter to him, but I knew from day one that I was going to marry him, and that they would be the best of friends. 5 years later, they are, and its been amazing. I dated some duds along the way for sure. I NEVER let her meet anyone until I knew they would be a good step-parent. When it happens, you will just KNOW. :)

My daughter turned two right when my husband and I started dating. He is the best father/husband I could ever ask for. If you be patient, you will find the man that will love your child just as much as he loves you and there is nothing wrong with that as long as you and your child are safe, happy, and loved.
