Hi fellow yummy mummys,
I'm currently having a really hard time on the change table with my 4 month old, he is out of control! Constantly thrashing around and kicking me, any tips?

Had a wriggler too. Need to change on the floor unless your change table has a good strap. Have everything ready before you start. Try to have one or 2 special toys for them to play with as you work. I learnt to change the nappy really fast with one hand while I had the other gently placed across her tummy.
