Hi Ladies, I'm new here...and am excited to "meet" you all :) I have a question regarding a possible mild food poisoning while pregnant. I am 24 weeks along (yay!) and I ate a bad batch of shrimp the other day (you know the type of food that while you're eating it you know it's not good...always listen to your inner voice) and my stomach has been really upset since. I called my doctor he said to just monitor how I feel and drink plenty of fluids (duh) but I was wondering if any of you had some natural and organic methods to help with a possible case of mild food poisoning. Thanks in advance!

Hi, Martha. Mint tea will also help with the nausea as well as the hydration too.
