2&3 we have always had same routine, dinner, bath, puzzles or books something quiet and calm with.mom and sometimes dad then dark room, my oldest is my boy n he has to b rocked to sleep and my daughter has to lay w me to go to sleep.my daughter use to go to bed on her own n stay sleep thru the night. She got ear infections n a bad cold a couple.months ago so we were holding her up while she was sick to go to sleep she was miserable. Now wont ho back to old routine.

How old are they? What type of routine have you had up until now?

lol mycomp keeps crashing I'm askin for advice about getting my lill ones to bed on their own and to stay asleep I'm sleeping 1-2 hours a night n I sm exhausted n desperate!! Help plz!!
