Tylenols that are back on the shelves are safe if you are worried use motrin or advil same effect. You want to break the fever and any pediatrician would recommend giving a fever reducer as well to help with the fever as well as the discomfort.

A tempid bath (lukewarm). No tylenol they are suppose to recall tylenol. The best way to get rid of a fever is to break it. Warm teas are one way of doing that, peppermint ir chamomile, catnip or garlic. Essential oils are also good to use in a bath or dilute and use topically. Such as Roman Chamomile. It is better to go natural in my experience. No side effects. Hope this helps.

Give tylenol and possibly a cool bath to bring down fever.

I wouldn't recommend giving a cool bath if the fever is high.
You want to cool the body down without giving your toddler the chills. Never use cold water or alcohol to bathe your child. This will cause shivering and actually increase the temperature. It often takes 20 to 30 minutes in the bath to significantly reduce the fever.
I would try a room temperature bath, Tylenol, and light clothes.

Depends on how high it is and how the child is acting. I don't generally treat a fever under 102 unless it's bedtime or the child is miserable. A fever is the body's natural fighting mechanism. Higher than 102 or in obvious distress..... Tylenol/ibuprofen and cool, damp washcloth on the forehead is what I do.

You can do cool washcloths under her arms and on her forehead. A full bath of cool water can make her feel too chilled. Alternate giving her infant tylenol and motrin (or advil). But, call her doctor regarding a proper dose. My son's doctor says the recommended dose on the bottle is actually less than you can actually give them. If it's 104 or more then take her to a doctor asap.

Keep a cool facecloth close, try cool baths and give some meds. If it doesn't go down within 24hrs go to the ER. If you really want to be safe, go now and they will probably tell you to come back in 24hours but if you go in 24hours and then go they will send you home and tell you to go back in 24hours which will really be 48 hours...if you can understand that lol.
It's always best to get things checked out then to be sorry for not getting it looked at. If you suspect something is wrong, go with your mother instinct...i learned the hard way and i will ALWAYS trust my gut now.
Good luck

Depends on how hight he fever is and how long it's been running. Anything over 41 c (105 f) or if it's been running continuously for more than 24 hours you should go to the ER.

Other than that give something like, Panadol, Nurofen or Tylenol. You can get these for infants & Toddlers as well as adults so make sure you get the right one. Go to your Pharmecist & ask.

Give meds as directed and keep checking on him/her. Do not cover up with heavy blankets, If temp gets higher or does not go down get him/her to a dr.
