These are family favorites ........
Sweet & Pungent Meat Balls
5 lbs precooked meatballs
2 12 oz jars grape jelly
2 12oz jars currant jelly
2 12 oz bottles chili sauce
2 12 oz bottles cocktail sauce
combine all ingredients, stire and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 - serve over rice.

Swedish Meatballs
5 lbs of pre cooked meatballs (buy frozen if you can to save time)
2 10 oz cans cream of mushroom soup (don't dilute)
2 10 oz cans golden mushroom soup (don't dilute)
2 14 cans of beef broth (I keep powdered broths in my pantry - saves money and space)
2 3/4 oz envelopes brown gravy mix
combine all ingredients, stir well cover & cook low for 6 hours, or high for 3.

We hate creamed corn but one year got several cans by accident - thank god for this recipe!!
5 - 6 qt crockpot - if its smaller - halve the ingredients
6 16 oz cans of creamed corn (get the name brand, cheap brand has bits of cob in it)
1/2cup chopped sweet onion
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 14 oz can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 7 or 6 oz box sour cream & chive flavored dry mashed potato mix
combine all ingredients in pot, stir & cover, cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Quick and easy veggie stew: garlic, onion, veggies, grain of choice (barley or rice), stock, Spike (spices), can of tomato paste. Call it done! ;)

I am still trying to figure out how to make a roast in the crock pot. Every time I try, unless I am making meat for tomales, it turns out dry. Any suggestions? I do make a mean Crock pot chili tho!
