I have a little delima and i was wanting some feedback. I am currently 45 days late, and i just recently took a blood test yesterday and it came back negative. i have no sign of my period but every sign of pregnancy! I just wanted some opinions from some other women and see if anyone could help ease my worries...THANKS!

Wow! Lori... if you think you are.. you probably are... if all those symptoms are taking affect... Let's hope it's that and not anything worse.. you are in my prayers

well i went into the ER yesterday because i was urinating alot and having pain in my stomach...and they said i am NOT prego, however i have a UTI...but last night my breast started to leak a tiny bit??? im thinking it might have something to do with my hormones...but im not going to take any actions to bring on my period just in case...because this is EXACTLY what my mom did when she found out she was prego with me! Im just going to have to give it time...i have a OBGYN appt. on monday...maybe he can give me an ultrasound because the ER refused to because i was not prego, and the pain was "because of my UTI"...ill keep you guys updated though! thanks for all the posts!

OH btw!!!! everyone seems to have negative resposes... both my prgnancies werte negative in blood tests... for a long time til at least 2nd-3rd month!!! you probably are prego.. I still knew I was pregnant even though they said NEG... hope to hear back soon from ya!! i would like to know.. taken any urine tests?

I had 2 blood tests.. and both came back NEGATIVE!!!! but I was still pregnant.. Listen your body... I bet you are prego!!

I totally agree with everyone else. You definitely need to see a doctor about this concern. An ultrasound isn't a bad idea either. If you have taken a urine test and it was positive while your blood test was negative, this can be a sign of a miscarraige. Stress can delay your flow and can cause you to completely skip it. There are a lot of factors - however, you should definitely check into it further with your doctor! Good luck! :)

Talk to a doctor. 45 days late and a negative test, could mean you were pregnant and your body terminated it but hasn't yet flushed the system.
You could have cysts, or any other number of minor/major medical issues stopping your flow.
have you been on birth control recently? Had major upsets or things happening in your life. stress can delay or stop your flow too.

This happened to my cousin and it turned out she was pregnant, but didn't get a positive from anyone until 6 months into it - when she felt the baby move. I would ask for an ultrasound just to be sure. You never know, you could have something else going on with you and an ultrasound can help them determine. It would also put your mind at ease. Have you gained/lost a bunch of weight lately? That too can stop your period.
