There are a lot of good gluten free items out there now. A great pancake/waffle mix is Pamela's! Try going to whole foods, they have a lot of great stuff.

I eat Gluten Free (which means I don't eat wheat also). My daughter is too little to be tryning my GF recipes but I have a lot from my own experience. What are you looking for?

If you are looking for desserts the Betty Crocker line just came out with a great GF cookie boxed mix. Annie's is a company that has a wheat free mac and cheese. Rice and Corn Chex (using the GM brand) is GF so you can make your own chex mix. There's a lot of options out there, most chain grocery stores have a Organic or Health food section that will carry GF foods.
