night bed wetting

my 7 year old daughter potty trained in 3 days-if her brother could do it by golly she was going to do it too. However, night time has been quite an ordeal. She sleeps so heavy. She does not drink liquids after a certain time at night. Her "Goodnights" diaper isn't just damp-it is soaked. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions. I have started waking her up in the middle of the night, but I'm either too late or too early.

hi i am a mum of 6 kids and i have a 9 year old and a 6 year old that wet there bed my 6 year old not so much but my 9 year old my god she wets it good i have tryed everything but nothing works i have spoken to doc's about it and they have told me to wait untill she is 11 or 12 and then we will have to try some other things as they usally grow out of it by then.i also had tryed the drynights and found sometimes she was just going to the toliet in them so she dident have to get out of bed because it was to cold or to comfy so i had to stop using them and just washing all the blankets again everyday i was told by the doc to dont stop the drinks after a certain time or to wake her up as this could make her worse and she will never learn on her own because your not teaching her brain to conect with her bladder to wake her up to go to the toliet i no its sometimes easy to do it as you dont wont to wash all the blankets again but you have to let her do it her self. my daughter wets her bed some night 3 to 4 times a night and ive had to not say anything to her as it will make them keep wetting the bed ive had to buy a special matress like the ones they use at the hospitals as she wet hers that much it was just going throw everything but now all i have to do is just wipe it and it dry. just keep trying everything you can and i hope she will grow out of it .you could also use a reward chart and for every night she go's without wetting her bed she get a sticker on that dayvand if she go's 1 week without wetting her bed you could bye her something i tryed this but could never get a full week out of her but it could work for you it worked for other people i no but good luck just try everything you can
