l am having trouble with my 41/2 yr old daughter, shes toilet trained through the day, but at night still in pull ups when l try knickers, she wet throught. l stop her drink 1 hr before bed and put her on the toilet at least 3 times over the night, she just can wake up when she has wet, l dont know what to do.

it isn't considered a problem until they are 6 years old for girls and 7 for boys. i know it is frustrating to still be in pull ups, but it is not physically possible to get some kids night trained until then. my son is 5 1/2 and still in "underjams" at night. we tried to go without and did the whole toilet trips in the night. he would still be soaking wet and he doesn't even wake up when he pees! very sound sleeper!! after a week of urine soaked laundry, i decided that the pull ups aren't that bad! i hope you find it helpful to know that there are a lot of kids the same. amanda
