I'm 35 weeks pregnant and haven't experienced any Braxton Hicks contractions yet. Has this happened to anyone? I might have had it but I'm not so sure how they're supposed to feel like?

Hi. I had never experienced Braxton Hicks contractions while carried my son. You will have enough true contractions soon enough - don't wish Braxton Hicks on yourself too. ;-} I believe they feel very similar to true contractions you will experience just before you actually go into labor.
...........
"Depending on how far along you are in your pregnancy, you may have already experienced a number of Braxton Hicks contractions. That tightening that you feel from time to time in your uterus may feel like real labor, but it is actually a Braxton Hicks contraction. These contractions happen when your brain sends messages to your body to prepare for labor. In response, your body contracts the muscles in your uterus to help get ready for your baby's eventual arrival. " ~ Epigee

some people dont feel them until they are the real thing. I was blessed with not having to experience it and when I started to have contractions 6 hours later my little man was here!

I never had any braxton hicks contractions at all. I hear they are suppose to feel like regular contractions but not consistant like a regular contraction.

i didnt realize i was having them till my doc did a non stress test or whatever it is called and he showed me that i was having them when i thought it was my daughter moving. I figured it got tight because she was running out of room.

I never had Braxton Hicks contractions. When it was time for me to have my little girl it was really time. I was 5 cm dialated. I think that you will know when its the real thing or not.

I never had any with my pregnancy. I think it's normal and nothing to be worried about.

It was only when I was in labor that I realized that I had been having Braxton Hicks contractions the whole time. I just thought it was the baby pushing or stretching out when in fact it was my uterus squeezing him. Oh well!

all pregnancies are different i have had six children i didnt get braxton hicks with all of them , when u do get them you will feel your tummy go all hard then relax again at different intervals but with no pains as with contractions you experience the pain along with the tightenings :D

All pregnancies are different! Not everyone gets braxton hix contractions. Unfortunately (or fortunately maybe lol) i had no contractions at all. Mine were all 4 ceserian sections. My sister however, after 5 children, never had braxtonhicks. the first was ceserian, but the other four were all natural. hope this helps.
