Once the baby starts teething how long before their first tooth comes in? Beth has been teething since her 3rd month and it seems it's been forever.

my youngest was like that, he started teething really early but none actually broke the skin for a good few weeks, have you tried ashtons and parson teething powder, its herbal you can get it from most chemist, savers and wilko's, but you can use it every hour, also i found anbesol liquid worked better then gel good luck!!

It is different with every child. My first one got his teeth within a couple days of starting the teething process. My last two kids got theirs a couple weeks after they started teething.
