More water, and if that doesn't help, 4 ounces of undiluted apple juice. Yes, she is 3 months and probably too young for it but I had to do that for my formula fed babies and it really worked. Sometimes it will work immediately, other times the next day. Both my kids were on a special formula and I couldn't switch it out. My PED recommended the juice at 2 months of age

My son was the same way. I was formula feeding him so I ending up switching formulas which worked great. Turned out the iron in the formulas was to much for his little body to handel and I switched to a lower iron formual. Also you can try giving her a nice warm bath or a bottle with warm water & a small amount of sugar( only a couple ounces of water tho)

My son had this as well and was recommended to get infant laxatives over the counter from the pharmacy.

Senakot for babies works great! My son had problems with constipation when he was little and I know it can be difficult to watch. It comes in liquid form flavored chocolate. Hope this helps!
