Potty problems...

I have a 3 year old boy that I care for 2 times a week. He has been very uninterested in potty training till recently. His parents said when he turns 3 he will be a big boy and will have to use the potty. This seemed to work. However, he refuses to use the potty at my house. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old, and he loves me very much. I just don't know why he won't use the potty at my house. He acts very afraid. We have the same insert for our toilet that he has at home. He says he wants to go to his home to go potty. I thought maybe it was strange potty syndrome....but he uses the potty at his gmas house.

Help...any ideas?
