my 15month old daughter has just started refusing to eat dinner for me and my husband, its a fight every dinner time and it always end in tears. its so frustrating because its only for us, at childcare she eat everything and with the grandparents she will eat everything.

she has also started wakin really early 5-6am and i think its because she is hungry because she eats double what she usually eats for breakfast.

i need to know what i can do to get her to start eatting for me again, because im sick of fighting with her and puttin her to bed being angry and guilty she hasnt eatten

My 14 month old has her moment too. She eats almost anythign we try and give her, but she needs to be very distracted, playing with something or something like that. She too enjoys eating while she is standing...walking back and forth as she pleases asking for more food.

My daughter is doing the same thing at dinnertime. One day she will refuse to eat anything if she can't feed it to herself and the next she only wants food I feed to her. Sometimes the only way she will eat is standing at our feet while we eat, getting bites of what we got. It's a pain and I don't like to give in to her but I know she has to eat something. On the nights she absolutely refuses to eat dinner for whatever reason I make her at least eat a snack of baby cereal mixed with fruit and milk or something else healthy before she goes to bed, this may at least keep your little one from waking too early.
