This has just started to happen again. People are asking me if I am ready to have another kid. After I had my son people would as me this and now he is almost 3 and my daughter is 1 and everyone is asking the question again.

Oh that used to drive me crazy! I just tell them the truth: "I did. They died.". If they can't leave it alone, they deserve to feel uncomfortable. I'm pregnant with #3 (by accident) and dreading trying to mother them all, so please don't let anyone pressure you!

Turn around and ask them the same thing. If they have kids already ask when they're having another one, if they don't have kids, ask them when they're going to start. They'll realize it's nosy and annoying. My ex's grandma asked me every single month until my daughter nearly 4 when we planned on having another. It was ridiculous.
I got so tired of the "when we're ready" and "I don't know" responses, that by the end, it was all I could do to hold my tongue and not tell her it'd be a cold day in Hell before I had another kid with him. (Long story) Once my ex's younger cousin got pregnant, it finally drew the heat off of me. lol

Tell them you'll have another when they're ready to carry it for nine months, deliver it, raise it, pay for it's education etc.

"When I'm good and ready" is probably a good answer to give if you are planning on more children but if you're not, then just say so. And people don't ask necessarily to be nosy, sometimes it's just a conversation starter or just something to say, so I wouldn't take it personally when they do ask.

I tell them the truth. I tell them that we have a boy and a girl and we don't want any more specially since my daughter was a c-section baby.

That's when you look at them and say, "Wow, that's a really personal question. Why do you ask?"
And then have fun watching them stammer and squirm.
If it's someone close to you, you may not be able to get away with that, at which point you just say, "Right now, we're just enjoying the two we have," and then smile and change the topic.
Because really, it's nobody else's business.
