If you are on the pill and suspect that you are pregnant, could being on the pill give you a false negative on a "pee stick"? I have a friend exhibiting all the signs of pregnancy, but the test is telling her no. We checked Web MD and they just run you around in circles. The OBGYN says to wait until 2 missed cycles and come in for blood work. She doesn't want to continue on the pill in case she is pregnant and her 2nd cycle is still two weeks away.

i was on the pill when i got pregnant, i took 5 of the first response pregnancy test and they said i wasn't. Then i took the dollar tree ones and all of them said positive.
