Granted, not the best execution on the part of the kid. He should definitely be in trouble for causing such a stir....but being charged with a FELONY?? Yea. . .really crack down on those *criminals*.

What is this world coming to when you cant play a prank without the cops being called and all hell let loose.
Just as mad in the UK this week a police riot squad was called when a man waved a bottle ofle of Cilit Bang detergent, at a police officer. For goodness sake really. How much did that cost the tax payers to sort that out. Did the words "put that down or your nicked " not think to be mentioned!!!

8 years! Man, isn't that nuts. I can see about the cops being called and forth because of someone being seen in a hooded jacket with gloves on. That does look suspicious and all. But, heck that's stupid. There is people killing other people (not out of self defence) and only getting a couple of years. The law is diffently screwed up. There's even people in jail whom didn't do a thing and got sentenced for life for a crime that was pinned on them. Many was found to be innocent and let out...but look at all the years they were in jail and in the meantime, they lost everything.

Wow! This is almost as dumb as dozens of students getting suspended and a custodian was fired over a senior prank that involved posting thousands of press-and-stick notes inside the Clayton, Ind., school.

And again, our overzealous administration goes off the deep end...and the US systems are again the laughingstock of the world.
Oh well, everyone loves a clown, right? I wish these morons that call themselves "authorities" would get a grip. And, yes, I'm unfortunate enough to have to say I live in the US, where the nanny state continues to grow, and no one can seem to be responsible for their actions, or adults get overzealous in their prosecution of youth pranks...
But then again, here in my wonderful country, having a food fight is considered "hurling dangerous missiles" and punishable by a stint in Juvenile hall as well...at some point, someone is going to need to stop the insanity...
