What do you do when people are sending you ads for junk in Private Messages on here? There is no "Spam" option that I can see, and I've received a few now and suspect I'll likely receive more as there isn't that option.

You can use the 'block user' option - this will stop the other member from being able to spam your inbox.
I would also suggest sending the info of the person spamming you to one of the community managers:
lisa@circleofmoms.com
herna@circleofmoms.com
catherine@circleofmoms.com
Please include a link to the other member's profile (just click on their name in the PM you rec'd and copy the url) and a copy of the PM you were sent.
