When my first baby had eczema, the doctor recommended Dove soap. We use the Dove sensitive, and it has worked great. Stay away from any soaps that have any kind of scent or perfume.

look on safemama.com. they have a lot of recommendations. they also review many of the products they recommend. it's a great site.
