I normally get child support every two weeks. I recently received my daughters father's income tax return. Will I still receive my bi-weekly deposit? Does his tax return get applied to the $10,000 he owes my daughter in back support? Is this an "up-front payment" where i dont receive a deposit until this amount is caught up? I'm new to this and have no idea what to expect.
I hope someone has an answer. :)

Tax returns are applied to money that's back-owed (arrears).
You should still get your regular bi-weekly payment, unless the amount of the tax check was more than the amount he owes in arrears.
