I am at desperation station! My little monster has had a rash covering his testicles and the tip of his penis for about 2 weeks. It's bright red and we have tried everything to get rid of it. It doesn't seem to itch or bother him in the slightest-thank goodness- but seems to be getting gradually worse. Have tried penaten,talc,vaseline,sudocreme,spectro kids and air drying. We haven't changed diapers or laundry detergent or wipes! He's teething but this has never happened before. I'm thinking canesten before the Dr....Help!

I would try changing the brand of diapers or maybe after every other diaper change giving him play time in the water for maybe 5 min or so just long enough to clean the area with some Johnson's and Johnson's and then letting it air dry that might dry the rash out but I would deff put some vaseline on after every change I hope this helps!!
