Really bad rash

My 2 year old girl still sleeps in a diaper - lately she's been pooping only at night and has developed a really bad rash.



I've tried everything -- any suggestions?

take her to a doctor and have them check it out in case its a yeast infection or from a bacteria they may be in her feces she might need a special cream

the best thing I have found is cornflour straight out of the pantry cupboard.. It is natural and it seriously works, I use it on my children but just got to watch when you open the nappy lol.. if you try it let me know what you think!!

Is it mostly a red-colored rash? No bumps or anything like that? It could just be diaper rash where the poop has stayed on her body so long (since she's asleep). Boudreaux's Butt Paste is really good and so is A & D ointment. Put it on her before she goes to sleep, then maybe it will protect her bottom from the poop. Hope this helps.

Could it be yeast,Lotrimin cream is good for that
