Forget the books and join a support group. You will get more useful information from mothers going through the same thing. Try tripletsmommy.com there are some really great tips and money saving links on her page. Good luck and best wishes.

Hello! My friend who has twins gave me her book while I was expecting my boys. It's EXCELLENT - its called "When Your Expecting Twins, Triplets or Quads" The core of this book really deals with making sure mom eats A LOT and well for optimal birth weight- thererby reducing compications. Written by Dr. Barbara Luke & Tamara Eberlin (mom of twins) good luck!

I got a lot of good info from "The Art of Parenting Twins" and I've heard good things about "Twins to Quints" but by the time I heard about it I was well past the baby stage so I figured I could wing it from there :o) If you are still pg, "All you need to know to have a healthy twin pregnancy" by Gila Leiter is great. She's an OB who specializes in multiple births and has 4 daughters, including a set of twins.

Congratulations - when are you due? Are you excited/terrified? My twins Samuel & Freya are almost 2 now (& they're little monsters!). I found Dr. Carol Cooper's 'Twins & Multiple Births' book the absolute best one when I was pregnant, it's the one that's most highly recommended by TAMBA. It's more factual than advisory but I found it really helpful & interesting. Also, one of the best sources of information - go along to your local Twins Club while you're still pregnant - it's a really good way to get loads of practical, real life tips on how to cope with the early days. It's also a fab way to acquire some good quality second hand stuff at low prices; people with twins are always eager to sell on their baby stuff fairly promptly because our houses are rarely big enough to store it all!

there is only one boook that you will need to have happy content babies sleeping well and that is Save Our Sleep by Tizzie Hall!!!!!! Its a baby bible with routines especially for twins too....

there is one out there by Jane Seymore. it was very good. otherwise i never refernced a book! it really all comes to you! i didn't want any kids and got blessed with a boy and a girl. i ask for advise from several people and go with what i think will work. you were given 2 for a reason! you will be a Super mom and not even realize it! good luck:)

Hi there! I have twin boys that are now 7 months old and I LOVED the book Juggling Twins by Meghan Regan-Loomis. There's a few you can get on Amazon. She has twins herself and the humor in this book made things a little more realistic than others. Good luck!!
