Red Palmed Toddler?

My daughter woke up this morning with red palms. She has autism and doesn't communicate, but they do appear to be itchy. I read about hands feet and mouth disease, but she has no other symptoms besides her palms. is there something else it could be?? i don't want to take her to the hospital and risk a meltdown for it to be nothing. if anyone has any advice, i'd super appreciate it!

Even if it's hand, foot, and mouth disease there's nothing they can do about it, it's viral and needs to work its way out. Though, it is highly contagious so isolate her from other people. Are her feet and mouth also red?
