How have you mothers dealt with this? we have recently returned to America from living abroad in Thailand. We are American's, although I've lived between both countries off and on my whole life. My six year old son is quiet, reflective and respectful of people and nature. He is very shy and resistant to playing in groups.. LIKE ME :)
With us (Parents) he is open, fun, a crazy boy full of adventure, but his teacher say's his withdrawn, and doesn't engage with the students or teachers. I'm surprised. However, the school psychologist will be doing an eval on him. I'm frustrated. I feel they push personalities and put kids in a box so young... any thoughts or experiences?
