should i let his birth father give up his righs so he doesn't have to pay child support and put his butt in jail or let him support his child.?

well, its really up to you... all i would say is that whatever you should chose to do, you have to do it ALL THE WAY and stick with it, becasue if you dont, you will have problems in the future....
