I am having issues balancing my 2 kids out. One is 16 the other is 7 and they are complete opposite, 10 years apart and fight ALL THE TIME! I keep in mind brothers will be brothers and boy will be boys, but it's very stressful on me at times, because I feel the need to protect, but that in turn leads the little one to feel he is invincible and continues to bully the oldest... and it's an ongoing battle. need advice.

You need to have a talk with the older son about setting a good example for the younger one. He's old enough know to ignore the bullying, regardless who is bullying. Also, the younger one needs to learn that he won't get away with bullying. Set some age appropriate consequences for specifically for this situation.
