sippy cup with smaller spout?

Does anyone know if they make a sippy cup that has a smaller spout, or no spout? My 7 month old likes to drink from my cup if I hold it for him, but has trouble with the big spout on the sippy cup. I think he would do better with a cup with no spout, just a lid with a hole in it, kinda like some coffee cups have. He needs a lid so he can hold the cup himself without soaking himself. Does anyone know where I can find something like that, or if it even exists?

I use the playtex coolster tumblers too. I never used a sippy cup only real cups but my daughter was spilling too much. She was used to the volume tho so I removed the valve so she doesn't have to suck only tip and pour like a cup. Even better!

I googled it and that's just what I'm looking for!  I'll head out to Wal-Mart tomorrow and see if I can find it.  Thanks!

At wal mart i have seen cup called Coolster Tumblers by Playtex, they have no spout they look more like a coffee cup, yet are spill proof!!! Google them for a pic, they seem to be perfect for what you are looking for!!!!

I have a mag mag cup. Can be got from pharmacies or target. The sippy part is good but it also has a straw attachment which I think is even better. If bub has been breastfed sucking from a straw is the same action so bypass the sippy cup altogether

There is a three stage cup made by Vital baby, which I bought when my daughter was little. I got it in Toys R Us. It comes with three lids. A lid with a sprout, a lid that covers the cup with two slots in it to get the child used to judging the fluid coming towards the lip of the cup and finally a wide lip for when the child can drink drink out of a cup with ease.

Maybe a sippy cup with a straw would work if I took out the straw. I drink through a straw and my son tries it too when he hijacks my cup, but hasn't figured out he has to suck to get the liquid out. He just sticks the straw in his mouth and looks around, with this expression that says nothing's happening!

i havent seen cups like that i know the dollar tree has something similar or they make sippy cups that have a straw other than that im not sure u can always look at walmart they have all sorts of kinds of sippy cups
