My son is 13 months. He is around 27-30 pounds and 33 inches tall. He wears a size 6 in shoes. He wears socks that say 3-5 years. He wears 3-4t in pants depending on brand (we have to roll them up, they are long). He wears 3-4t and even some XS boys in shirts depending on neck hole size and he wears hats from the boys department (he's got a big head :) ). He wears size 5 diapers. And in pjs he wears 3t-XS in boys, unless it's a zip up sleeper from walmart then he can wear a 24 months. How about your toddler??

September, I have a small one too! She's almost 2 1/2 and was 23 lbs at her 2 yr check up. Clothing sizes really depends on the style and brand. In dresses she can wear anything from 12m to 2T. Shirts can be from 18m to 3T (only 2T for long sleeve, sleeves are too long). Pants are where it gets tricky for us. Shoes are size 7.

Size 24m typically is the best fit, but the waist has to be elastic all the way around, or adjustable. A size smaller will be to short, but fit better in the waist. A size larger would fall to her ankles! So when I find a pair of pants that fit, I buy them in every color!

At 13 months my son was 26lbs and 32inches tall, size 5 diapers size 7 shoes. He was wearing sizes 18-24 months clothes and they fit perfectly. He had size small socks in the boys dept for sizes 6-8 shoes. His hats are boys or adults too. Pjs he wore size 18month with the feet cut off, they are mid calf level but still do the job.

My daughter is two and five months, weighs approximately 38 lbs, is right at three feet tall, and we are now buying her 3T and 4T pants and are getting XS big girl shirts so they will fit better. Tank tops and dresses she can wear in 4T, and her shoe size is nine cuz she has wide feet. We also have to buy her 4-6 year socks. She's a big girl with lots of leg muscle and a booty but not much fat. and she loves apples.

My son is 2 1/2 years old. He's about 37" and 40lbs. He wears a size 8.5 or 9 in shoes depending on the brand, but most of his socks are still 1-2year old navy brand. We'd been buying him 3T pants and pj's, but his weight is all wrong for them so now we're buying 4T and cuffing them. He still fits great in 3T tops.
Nothing wrong with having a big boy, particularly one who's as tall as your son is; just means he's solid. Is he walking? I know doctor's say the bigger the infant/toddler the possibility of slower physical development can be.

My oldest son, now 17, was exactly the same. at 13 he was 5' 7" and 160 lbs, at 17 he is almost 6' and weighs 170 lbs. he has always had shoulders like a football player. sounds like you have a healthy boy.

My almost 20 month old was 21.5 lbs and 31 inches at his 18 month checkup....he is a scrawny guy, only in the 3rd percentile, but full of energy!! He is still wearing all his 12 month clothes but is starting to fit into 18 month T-shirts and PJ's and the 12 month pants are getting a little short. He honestly could get away with 9 month pants in the waist but they would be capris!! I end up tacking in the waist of his pants an inch or so; it's covered by his shirts, which I like to fit a little big anyways. I switched to training pants so we can only get size 2T-3T; they are a little big but still fit unless they get too full and then they fall off!! His shoes are size 5 1/2 / 6.

Sounds like my son. He is now 4 and a half. He is 48" tall and weighs 63lbs. He looks like a normal 6 or 7 year old and is solid as a rock. He wears size 7 or 8 jeans. I bought shirts and sweatshirts from Abercrombie kids in the big boy 8's for fall....I couldn't believe it! I buy size 10 pj's from Gymboree. They are long, but fit everywhere else. Not sure where he gets it from. I am only 5' tall and his dad is 5'11".

My 22 month old girls weigh about 20lbs and 24lbs - not sure how tall. Elizabeth (the lighter one) wears size 18-24months, but some pants even 12-18 months. Shelby (the heavier one) wears a 24months or 2T. They both wear a size 6 shoe and size 4 diaper.

My 2 years and 2 weeks old daughter is 34 inches and 26 pounds. She is wearing 2t tops and 2t pants with the waist pinned in. She needed the length but the waist is huge unless it has the adjuster straps in them which I have to pull to the tighest hole. She wears an 8.5 slim shoe, she slips out of medium width shoes. She is tall and skinny. She just stopped wearing diapers but she was in a 4.

She's always been that way, she wore newborn clothes til she was 3 months old, then switched to 3months til 6 months old. She was able to wear her 3 month onesies until she was 9 months old.

Well this probably won't' mean much to you, hehehe as we arein Australia and it seems our sizes are a little different. My guy is 11.5mths, 23lbs, 30.5inches. He wears a size 0 or 1 (0 is a little snug, 1 is a little loose). If the clothes has age groups he fits the 9-12mths, but probably only for another month or so. He's in a 'toddler' nappy during the day and a 'walker' at night. Oh, and shoe size 4.

wow he's a big boy!! My daughter, just under 13 months is 21lbs, I can't remember her height but I think it was 22inches, or 25 or something. She's in a size 3 shoe, size 3 diaper (a little big but 2's are small) Clothes she's in 6-12 months for most things, but STILL fits some 3-6 month onsies and shirts. I get her 12 month or 12-18 month pj's so they are more comfy. She won't keep a hat on her head so I usually get sweaters with hoods.

[deleted account]

My daughter is 11 months is 17.5 lbs and 30 in and wears 12 month. The pants are way to big around but fit just right in length. She can fit into some of her 6 month onesies still.

Her cousin is almost 2 and wears 4t, but she's also as tall at a 3 year old.

[deleted account]

My son is 2.5 and 27 pounds. Not sure how tall he is... He wears a 7 in slippers. Not sure on shoes since he doesn't have any. He probably needs 3-5 in socks, but I don't need to buy new ones til it gets a bit cooler. Shorts are 18 month-3T (working on getting rid of the 18 month ones). Shirts are 2T-4T. Size 4 diapers.

I have an almost 5 and almost 3 year old they are both in size 4 although some of them a getting short on the older one and some of them are way too long on the younger size 5 are still to big around the middle in most cases but I am buying the older one size 5 dresses she recently shot up on me and went from 36inch to 40 in just over a month. the younger one is 36inchs and has the kind of feet that are as wide as they are long and just as tall we buy her a size 8w shoe. the older one has long narrow feet she has some 8 shoes and some 9 depending on the shoe. They are both potty trained but I have no idea what size diaper they would be in if they weren't cause we used cloth. I am currently expecting the 3ed and looking forward to yet another growth pattern as he's a boy and they all tend to grow at their own parse! My oldest fought to his 20lb and wasn't there at a year. My youngest hit 20lb by 6 months and kept right on going!

My son is 14 months, 33 inches tall, and 24 lbs. He wears size 5.5 shoes, and size 4 diapers. Pants are a real challenge with him, because he's got a tiny waist and no bum. For pants to fit him 'round the waist, they have to be size 6 months. To fit him in length: 18 months. Needless to say, he wears overalls a lot, because otherwise he either looks like he's expecting a flood, or like the plumber working on the flood. For sleepers, he usually wears 18 months.

my son is 13 months and weighs about 25 lbs and is about 33.5 inches. He wears size 6 shoes, size 24-26 month socks, 18 month-3X pants depending on the brand/store, 2X-3X tops depending on the store/brand, and 24 mth old hats and gloves. He usually wears 24 mths up to 3X sleepers.

our son is 20 months - 35" tall, 30ish pounds, size 6 shoes, size 5 nappies, I've been buying 2-3 year clothes for a couple of months now (trousers are too long, but t-shirts/tops etc are ok).
He's a lot bigger than most of the children his age, and has been off the top of the centile chart for height since he was about 7 months.

My son will be 13 months old tomorrow. He is about 20lbs & 30 inches tall. His shoe size is 4 & his socks are 12-24 months. Most of his clothes & pjs are 12 months, but depending on the brand, some are still a little too big. He can still fit into his 6-9 months clothes, but they are getting pretty snug now. He wears a size 3 diaper. :)
