Hi Emma,
You have said you have tried health shops and herbalists but have you ever tried Renew lotion? It has tee tree oil in it and has proven very effective at treating and eliminating eczema from coming back. You can only get it from someone who is a member of the health and wellness company I am a member of. Most people who have tried this lotion have also converted out there homes to non-toxic homes because the chemcicals that are in everyday products also effect it because they come in contact with the skin. Someone mentioned laundry detergents and that is a big one. The skin is our largest organ and absorbs everything. If you would like to give this a try you can risk free. If it doesn't work for you then you can get your money back but I haven't heard of it not working for anyone and it will also save you money from buying prescriptions and even save you money on your other purchases. Feel free to give me a call: 608-524-3441 or email me: kakjmk@yahoo.com
I would love to help!!

Our pediatrician gave us a prescription for hydrocortisone cream. It works really well. Ask your pediatrician.

my daughter is 9 months old and she recently had tiny bumps on her face, arms and legs. I first thought allergies or maybe a new stuffed animal, but now her face is clear and her legs and arms still have the tiny bumps...any suggestions? I have cut back on baths, stop with everyday lotion and we still have bumps

My daughter is 8 now but has had eczema and 2 other skin conditions her whole life. The dermatologist told me that CAMPHOR IN GLAXAL BASE is the best but she has found that Olay Quench works best for her. She puts it on twice a day.

My nephew's eczema was SO bad. None of the creams or perscriptions worked. They finally figured out that he has some food allergies that caused the eczema. You might ask your doctor if that is a possibility. They can do a simple blood test to see if there are any allergies or sensitivities.

My son is 7 months; we use Aquaphor (from Eucerin) every night after his bath. And we only use soap in his bath once a week, since soap can dry skin out. His eczema broke out really bad when he was 2 months old, but the Aquaphor has kept it under control since. We are also careful not to use any laundry detergent with dyes or perfumes; we use Tide Free.
