My 10 month old daughter has never been one for sleeping. No matter how much I try to stick to a routine, it seems to make no difference to her she just doesn't want to sleep, and by no sleep I mean no napping (even though she is cranky) and no sleeping through the night. She still wakes at least 2 times through the night for a bottle. I've tried to increase how much I feed her during the day and tried giving her less milk at night but it just doesn't seem to make a difference. she will cry until I give in and get her a full bottle. Any suggestions on how we can make the transition to sleeping through the night as painless as possible for my daughter and myself???

I had a restless 2nd baby and by chance I bought my sister Gina Fords book and decided to read it before sending it. I never sent it - it became my bible. My wonderful little baby was sleeping through the night within 2 weeks. I have since used one of her other books for potty training. Its hard to hear them cry, but follow her steps to success. I swear by her books
