My daughter loves gold fish crackers, popcorn, cereal bars, fig cookies, apples, halved grapes, bananas, fruit chews, apple sauce and yogurt. She also like smarties, cookies and chips, but those are only a once in awhile treat.

Be careful with fruit snacks. My son sucked one down his throat and I thought he was choking. Also, be careful with grapes. If you give toddlers grapes you need to cut them in half as they are a choking hazard. Good snacks include fruits, veggies, crackers, cookies are ok in moderation, graham crackers, and some dried fruit is yummy!! This is a great opportunity to get your little ones to try different kinds of foods.

Fresh steamed veggies (with or without cheese), fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese cubes, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and jelly sandwich cut into small cubes, homemade sweet potatoes fries, bagels with cream cheese, avocado, hummus and pita bread, beans, fruit smoothies. These are all some of our sons favorites, I hope it helps :)
