I know its already been said, and might be a tough time to learn something new, but knitting is such a good way to pass the time. It gives you such a sense of accomplishment, even if it is just another scarf, and you can spend the time making booties or a blanket for your new arrival. I recommend the 'stitch n bitch' series of books to get you started as they have wonderful directions and fun patterns as well. good luck!

Video games. They make the day fly by fast. I highly recommend SS Tricky! My kids love playing that with me because they know that's the only game I can kick their butt in.

ahh ok, if u have a laptop then that will prob b the best way of not getting bored, can watch films, listen to music, all sorts, if not then get the daddy 2 make sure u have access 2 everything in bed, dvd's, lots to eat and drink as and when u need, plenty of comfy pillows, magazines, books, and even if ur not good at crafts doesnt mean its not fun, get every1 2 get u craft things and u can try making things 4 the baby, hope all goes well and dont worry baby wont b 2 long xxx

i have pregnancy induced high blood pressure.....and they want me to make it until atleast 37 weeks....if my pressure gets much higher my liver and kidneys can fail and your pressure is lowest when laying down

hhhhhmmmmmm just wondering why bedrest, i was out and about until i gave birth, i mean i cut dwn on it all but still....... walking in the really late stages can kickstart labour, gl with it all tho

Hi Jennifer! I've been on bedrest with 3 kids and it is not any fun. I did the crossword puzzles and my hubby bought me my favorite magazines to read. Sometimes he would pick up a few chick flick movies and I really enjoyed watching the movies.

Try crocheting or knitting it really makes time fly and you can make stuff for the baby. You could even play board games and things like that with your son.

hmm what is this instant scrapbooks and where to i get one??? that sounds like my cup of tea....and i LOVE sudoku i am addicted i get a book like every week...my husband makes fun of me so bad

I worked on my daughters baby book, played cards, watched TV, cross words, word search, i even colored alot with my son... i just thought of any thing and every thing i could.. I also had a 1 year old at the time and i was on bedrest from 13 weeks to 20 weeks then i was put back on best rest at 32 weeks till i hit the 36 week mark and went in to labor for no reason other then her fluid was at 3cm and she had gastroschisis.. Just think of things that you enjoy and will have fun doing.. Hope this is helpful and best wishes, take care, i know its not easy to be on best rest

how about puzzles like Sudoku, Word Search, Crosswords...they have them in large print. or start a scrapbook for Baby's 1st year. You can follow a pattern from a book or Hallmark makes "instant scrapbooks" where your input is limited. Organize photos into boxes. Keraoke?
