I've not tried it on mildew but I have had a lot of luck with Resolve getting out stains.

For just getting out everyday stains I use Shout. I love it and it works great. But since it is mildew I would use bleach to get kill the mildew.

If they are cotton then I would bleach them. You need something to kill the mildew.

Put some salt on the stains and then rub a little fresh lemon juice into the salt so it turns into a pasty consistency, then put the bibs or whatever item of clothing you have with the salt and lemon juice out in the sun for a few hours. Then take them in and wash them, I have used this heaps of times and its worked for me, I even got red wine stains out of clothes using this method. Hope it helps.
