If your daughter is 33.5 months old (over 2 and a half years old), she shouldn't be on a bottle anymore! She should be sitting up and drinking from a "sippy" type cup. If you are still holding her to feed her a bottle, she may be actually gagging on the milk because she is in a prone (horizontal) position and can't swallow properly. As babies grow, there ability to take in food changes from "sucking" as an infant to learning how to chew food and swallow in an up-right position as a toddler. At over 2 and a half years, your baby should be on solid foods and weaned from a bottle.

If your baby is 3 and a half months old (assuming the age was a typo mistake), then reflux certainly becomes a posibility. When you say "milk" are you refering to baby formula, breast milk from a bottle or cows/goat's/soy milk? Depending on what you are feeding her, she could have a sensitivity to that product and it is upsetting her tummy. In the meantime, try burping her more frequently during her feedings to relieve the pressure from trapped air in her tummy. This may make her feel better enough so that she will take more of the bottle. Also try a low-flow nipple on the bottle (it has a smaller hole in the tip so milk doesn't come out as fast).

The best thing to do, however, is take your daughter to your doctor/pediatrician and consult with them about her issues. The doctor will be able to give you advise on diet changes and technique changes that will benefit your baby the most. This is ultimately the best option. I hope this helps a bit and best of luck.
