my suggestion would be not only explore yourself but let your husband explore you too and you him, that way you both get to know the things and places that are most pleasurable, the best way I can explain it is sort of like that moment right before you sneeze but a million times better, and yes sort of like a body implosion but nice :)

Try by yourself with no time restrictions and no pressure to succeed, just explore.

i think i had my first one at about 16 by myself and no one could do it for me til about 18 as much as they tried no guy has ever done it for me with finger and i dont orgasm from sex i only do from clitoral stimulation so try that vibrators are more intense it still takes me about an hour tho as i have trouble but you will know when you do it feels intense then you just feel a release and after you have one its easy to have so many more afterwards. i can climax from oral sex but its much more intense by myself just find the spot keep going for a while see how ya go!

Women sexually peak at 29 or around then. Sometimes being tired with children and stressed with the responsibilities of everyday life. Sometimes it can be earth shattering but sometimes you just have a beautiful relaxed experience with your husband. I agree with what many have already said. You can't tell your husband what to do if you don't know what works for you yourself. You need some alone time and find out what works for you. I never had an orgasm with my partners until I was about 25, after then it was hit or miss if i did or didn't. But now with my current partner I have one everytime. I can't have one vaginally but it does feel good, I only have them clitorally so my partner looks after me and then we have full sex. It improves sex for us and I enjoy penitrative sex a lot more.

I don't enjoy vibrators, like someone else said, they make me numb after a while, but I haven't tried a rabbit and friends that I know who have said they're fantastic. You'll find them on the AnnSummers website, I'll try and post a link for you.

i am also a big fan of the rabbit (hubby works nights :(  but it really does "get the job done").  i've just started having orgasms, and i actually read a book called " how to have an orgasm everytime you want"  basicly it says to explore yourself using your own hands and fingers, then gradually move towards pleasuring yourself with a soft/safe object (ie, teddybear paw lol), it goes one like that, in little steps.  it did help me a bit, gave me some good ideas

for me tho, an orgasm doesn't have the earth-shattering effect as it does for some (i actually just had this convo with a group of friends lol) for me, it;s more of a warm sensasion that (sometimes, not always) spreads to the rest of my body, it really is hard to explain :)

i still don't orgasm if we're just having intercourse, i have to have the clit stimulation or nothing happens for me :S

so PRACTICE! and then keep practicing lol, i'm sure you will find something that will work for you, if all else fails, you can always go see a sex therapist (i've heard sometimes women just wont orgasm because they are scared of it (the letting yourself go part)

It's hard for me to have one during sex. So, my husband will do things to me so I have one right before and then we'll have sex. It still feels good. Try rubbing in areas that feels good and go from there.

For me, my whole body got HOT and normally it hits me fast... there are times when I don't know that I go but obviously I have. Everyone is different ... if you can't relax, try have a couple of drinks and that should losen you up. :)

Agree with Trudis post - the rabbit is the one! Personally - the vibrator part doesnt do it for me..but the rabbit-ears bit is just amazing!

I was watching a documentary once about women who just physically couldn't have one. They had to go through experimental spinal surgery to attempt to rewire themselves so they could experience one. Even then it didn't always work. :/
There are some stimulating creams and gels out there you could try. Also, maybe just a different position would help. Have you tried using the vibrator while having intercourse?

...you don't have to answer that last question cause it's really personal. Think of it as more of a suggestion. ;)

Actually do you know taht it is some what if a common thing for some women to never experience an orgasm. I heard that from my OB once. SOmetimes some  women just have a harder time experiencing that. I have a friend and ya shes only 22, but has never had one and has tried all the vibrators...everything and anything and still hasnt.

you are not hte first person i have heard this from. It is an awesome feeling especailly when you are with the person that you love.  it is a roll your eyes in the back of your head feeling. You have to take time to get to know your own body before your husband can please you in that way.  Explore yourself, That may sound strange but that is what i got. Hope it helps
