I am 7 months pregnant with my second child and we know (as much as one can:) that it is going to be a girl but we are having the HARDEST time trying to find a girls name! Thought it would be easy with a girl, my other child is a boy named Ethan, but we can't agree on anything! We are looking for something unusual but not strange...suggestions would be great! :)

We had great difficulty choosing our youngest girls name she was 2 weeks old before she was named!!!.... we couldn't agree and were like you and wanted something a bit different but not too out there so in the end we called her Brigette Rose her big sister is Holly Maree. I really like the girls names Willow, Lailani, and Maye. Good luck and dont stress too much, we had fun with the family after Brigette was born trying to name her, like I said it took 2 weeks after she waas born!!

I am also pregnant with my 2nd child. We have a daughter named Ivy Briann and this is another girl who we are going to name Noelle Quinn. We wanted not so common names but not so out there either. Good luck with the name and your baby!!!

My twelve year old son's name is Ethan Michael. Our daughter was born two years later. Her name is Erin Eileen. It's the only name we could agree on. It is hard to agree on names.

My daughters names are Marrah Tyler Elizabeth & Maizie Thomas Elexus! I wanted to keep their initials the same as well as carry on some family names like Thomas. Since I can't have anymore and boys weren't a selected option, I gave my girls typical boy names as well! I chose Maizie because I wasn't supposed to be able to have any children, Marrah was our first and thought to be last, so when Maizie appeared, all I kept thinking was that this is "AMAZING!" A slight adjustment and "Maizie" was "born" derived from Amazing! Look for something symbolic in your life that represents the way you feel about you newest arrival to be!! It'll come to you...or you can use my girls names!! LOL

I am very fond of Logan, Emily, and Lynsey and my family has a girl name that has gone through the generations too Juail (said Jewle) I just like that it is spelled different. My only boy is named after 2 great kings and so he thinks he is royality lol James Alexander. Actually he is named after a family friend and my great grandfather.

do you have ancestry in common. My son and his wife were bound and determined to fine an Irish name and after months of looking, Rori Leona will be here early next month. Rori is I rish with many spellings and Leona is a family name on both sides...and even though the two named Leona on both sides hated it, they are both unfortunately deseased so Rori will honor them both...just listen to all suggestions...one may ens up being the perfect name...GOOD LUCK
