Dentonic is a good option indeed & babies love it. Also try to massage your babies gums with tooth gel containing xylitol it will soothe & protect babies gums & teeth in future.

Hi Janel. I used to give my older baby DEN-TONIC (Homoeopathic teething pills). They worked wonders for her. I now use it for my 14 mth old baby and she is coping well with teething too. Hope this helps...

Im one of those lucky mums whose children dont get any of the nasty side effects of teething BUT a friend of mine is onto her 2nd child and has tried absolutely everything and none of it made any real difference until she tried AMBER. She bought an amber necklace for infants and says that within 12 hours all of the crying and discomfort and red face etc stopped. She's now too scared to take the thing off lol

Teething tablets (soothes tummy's etc), gripe water, motrin, tylenol, for some anything cold, my son doesn't like the cold stuff, teething rings, anything that they can safely chew on; washclothes, bibs, receiving blankets, orajel. I rotate what I use, depending on the severity. But what I did find, when it comes to solids; teething tablets an hour before a meal will settle my boy's tummy down and allow him to eat.

Gripe water , tempra, baby tylenol, frozen wash cloths, teething soother, baby ambesol or oragel and the list goes on we just rotate it from night to night

Try the RaZberry teether it stimulates the gums. You can stick in the freezer extra soothing comfort. It has a bumpy texture which soothes baby’s gums. It is non-toxic and 100% medical grade silicone. My Maddy loves it. Babies r Us sells them. Also, I used little teether tablets- they also work like a charm. Good Luck!

Also calpol have produced a finger tooth brush and its rubber so is more sturdier than a toothbrush and on one side it is rubber balls and they are soothing to children as they can munch away on your finger without it hurting and the stimulation can sometimes help to cut their teeth!!

The best thing I found was to ensure all teething rings are lept in the fridge......they are such a comfort to red hot little gums. Also bickie pegs are fantastic as they can be tied round the babies wrist and they can put it up to their mouths as and when they want. If your child is eating solids try putting fruit pieces such as apple slices into the freezer for 10-15 minutes as it won't be too cold for baby to hold but just right for teeth. Hope it helps and I know everyone says it gets easier, but I found that the older they are the more they understand pain and so is just as bad but by then you become a pro at having bonjela stockpiled! Also there are some teething granules you can buy called ashton and palmers and you just rub them on the affected area and they work like a dream as well!! Good luck

Frozen damp washcloths. Lifesaver. Those towel bibs that soak up major drool are great. Frozen teethers, vibrating teethers, just various shaped nubby teethers they can hold. Oragel (nighttime formula is stronger by a little). Pacifiers if you use them, some have nubbies for teething. If you've started fruits, the mesh bags they can hold with pieces of frozen fruit inside. If it's really bad, ibuprofen (reduces swelling in addition to pain control) and/or acetaminophen (tylenol) (reduces pain, but not swelling).
