my son is 7 1/2 months old and while i was putting baby lotion on him tonight, he acted so fast i couldnt see it coming, i was putting some on his face and i think he must have turned into my hand he licked it right off my finger, did his smacking lips thing, swallowed ,and proceeded to lick his lips!!!!!!!!!!!!! It wasnt that much. I gave him some water and his bedtime bottle, put him to bed he seems fine but i feel awful!!! The way i figure it tho is that, i rub the lotion into his skin every day and then he munchehs on his arms, so its kinda like hes eating it then too..... right??? Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do>??
